				The reason we exist is to be of service to our clients, plain and simple. For this reason we try to make it as easy as possible to work with us. One of the ways that we've come up with to make it easy is our free local pick up and delivery. This is a great program that can save you both time and money. We're also internet-savvy, so we can take your print files as email attachments, you can transfer them to us through our FTP site (please contact us for the protocol to follow), or we can pull them off of your FTP site. Another use we've made of the internet is subscribing to a robust web ordering site that enables you to place orders on line, view on line proofs and generate ordering usage reports. Making sure that print files reliably print what they were intended to print is a critical part of our function. We rigorously flight check files and proof them back to our clients. We also proof read them internally, because we hate typographic errors, probably even more than you do. When we've done it right we meet or exceed your expectations, with "no surprises". Our Pre-press Department can also create new artwork or update previous print files for you. Your final print files are then archived and stand ready to be recalled when needed.
